The New Year inches ever closer and folks are beginning to slow down and settle in for the Holiday season. During this time, we are naturally drawn to think back over the year that’s gone by.
To really celebrate our achievements of the year, we’ve decided to do a deep dive and take a look at some of our standout moments. So, take a look and remind yourself of what Play’n GO achieved this year!
Award-Winning slot supplier
Well, what better way to start this off than to celebrate the awards we’ve won this year? The first award we won this year was back in May, where we took the top spot by being announced as the Game Studio of the Year at the CasinoBeats Game Developer Awards in Valetta. Then, a few months following that, Play’n GO won a hat-trick of awards.
At 5Star Media’s Starlet Awards, we won three awards: Mobile Supplier of the Year, Slot Supplier of the Year, and the coveted Game of the Year award for the iconic Rise of Olympus 100.
Play’n GO returned to G2E Las Vegas
Visiting G2E again was a big deal for us, as we had such a great time the previous year. And this time, we wanted our experience to be bigger and better than ever.
In fact, it was quite literally bigger! For G2E 2023, we doubled our stand size meaning we had lots more room to welcome visitors and showcase everything we’ve been working on. We had such a fantastic time at G2E and can’t wait for next time. Take a look here at everything we got up to at G2E 2023.
We continued our global growth
One of our biggest successes for 2023 was making a big, yet calculated splash into the US market. What makes this market even more complex than many others is that every state itself has its own rules and laws when it comes to online gambling.
While we began securing licenses in states such as New Jersey back in 2022, we continued this marathon sprint in the US adding other states to our list of jurisdictions we’re licensed in, such as Connecticut, and West Virginia – home of those fabled country roads.

We secured an iconic sponsorship deal
With so much excitement throughout the year with lots of achievements and things to celebrate, it’s easy to think that there might not be any other great surprises. But this is Play’n GO, after all. On the 15th November, Play’n GO waved the checkered flag and announced a stunning partnership with giants of the racing world, MoneyGram HAAS F1 Team.
Continued our Digital First mindset
And finally, one thing we’re very proud of is our adoption of Digital First working. While we understand the huge benefits of getting together with your colleagues and working face-to-face, the past few years have taught us that this isn’t the only way to work. And, in fact, for many people working remotely has improved their quality of life and work-life balance, meaning that their productivity increases too.
Not only that but embracing Digital First working has widened our talent pool significantly, allowing us to utilise some of the greatest talents from around the world.
The gift of giving
We know not everyone celebrates Christmas and everyone isn't fortunate enough to receive a gift. This year, we wanted to give back to those we support including the Red Cross which is there for the people and the planet, helping those in crisis. We're also supporting Climeworks, whose work matches our ambition to become a net zero business as we lead the industry to a more sustainable future.

Well, that about sums it up for us here at Play’n GO for the year. While there were countless more things that we’re all proud of, we’re at risk of adding pages upon pages of things we’re pleased with over the past 12 months.
