As a technical communicator you are an integral part of the product team, working with developers and product managers to create manuals and documentation to make our advance systems and configurations easy to understand and maintain for customers.

Your work tasks will include:

Create and maintain technical documentation.

Research, scope, and manage documentation projects.

Research technical information.

Work closely with software engineers, project managers, and business analyst

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Essential:

Excellent writing and organizational skills are required. Must have significant experience with Microsoft Word. He/She must be able to prepare documentation in final and draft format from rough notes, technical papers, reports, rough drafts and other similar source material without intermediate rough drafts. Candidate must be familiar with scientific and technical terminology, engineering drawings and documents. He/She must be able to complete assignments under constantly changing tight deadlines and work within a team environment to include but not limited to assisting in other document control and publishing duties within the department as required is a must. A keen ability to recognize grammatical and formatting errors in client document deliverables is also a must.

Desirable:

Additional software experience utilizing editing and illustrating tools such as Microsoft Visio, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe InDesign is a plus.
