We support Responsible Gaming Operations

Play'n GO recognises that problem gaming is an issue and has designed our systems to support a responsible operation.  Even though we as a software provider are not in direct contact with the players, responsible gaming has always been a key focus for us. We have designed our system to support a responsible operation.

Our back office management system - GAT - provides an operator with the tools and control mechanism needed to prevent compulsive player behavior and to ensure fair play. Use GAT to set limits to prevent addictive play and comply with regulations stipulated by gaming authorities. GAT gives you the ability to set time and/or wagering limits for one or several players to comply with a responsible gaming or self-exclusion programme.

Our system complies with guidelines given by many well-regulated jurisdictions, and our system has been tested by 3rd party accredited testing laboratories.

Play'n GO are certified by the Alderney Gaming Control Commission and by the Malta Licensing Gaming Authorities.

In regulated markets such as UK & Denmark our software has been approved by the local regulators for use by our customers.

Our back office system "GAT " supports:

Age Verification
All players need to confirm that they are of legal age and allowed to play according to the regulations stipulated.

Bet limits
The operator and/or the player can limit the amount that  can be wagered. The limits can be set up according to the local regulation in force. Anything from a max bet per session to a total max bet for a certain period of time.

Limits can be set for a daily, weekly or monthly level.

Deposit Limits
Our system can be set to limit deposits to a predefined amount over a certain time period.

Session Limits
Players can limit the time of a gaming session.

Self exclusion

Our back office allow the operator to implement a Self-exclusion tool that for instance allow a player to block themselves from any activity during a set time frame from one single day to a year or longer.
